All the Indian Cricket fans are terrible upset because of the low performance of the “MEN IN BLUE “ in ICC T20 World Cup.Some angry fans went to the extent of solely blaming the skipper.Cricket is not a one man’s show,hence failure or success should be shared by the entire team and not Dhoni alone .Now its time to analyze what could have been the reason for the consecutive failures and to take remedial measures for the betterment of the sport.


Different people have different views.Each person will come up with different reasons for the team’s performance in the series. If I was asked for a single reason which led to the downfall of the Indian team ,My answer would be the “Murphy and its associated laws “.


MURPHY S LAW:
1)If something has to go wrong it will definitely go wrong
--This has what happened to the “Men In Blue “ in ICC T20 series!!!
2)If there is a possibility of several things going wrong,the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong
--Sewagh’s injury which made him stay out of the series ,is one of the greatest damages to the team!!!
3)If everything seems to going well, you have obviously overlooked something
--The 2 consecutive wins of Dhoni and his men against IRELAND and BANGLADESH in the league matches!!!
4) Things get worse under pressure
--Tough time for Dhoni and his men during the “do or die” match against England!!
5)Quantization Revision Of Murphy’s Law:
Everything goes wrong all at once
--All the three matches which the team lost in the super 8!!!

6)Nothing is as easy as it looks
--The target set by South Africa(131) in the super 8 series, wasn’t easy at all for the Indian men!!!
7)If you want something bad enough,chances are you won’t get it
--The Indian fans desperately wanted the team to become the champions in ICC T20 2009 ,but that dint happen!!!
8)Great deeds are never remembered ,dumb acts are never forgotten
--that’s the fate of Dhoni(a promising captain)!!!

A conclusion can thus be obtained by once again using one of the murphy’s law which states that
“NO MATTER HOW PERFECT THINGS ARE MADE TO APPEAR,MURPHY’S LAW WILL TAKE EFFECT AND SCREW IT UP”
Hence the above law clearly explains why the”picture perfect MEN IN BLUE” couldn’t make it up to the finals.
